Changing Workstations

- Check in all Customer Folders. Any time you are unable to check in a
customer folder, you should contact the Toolkit Coordinator.
- Transfer your Toolkit Template. ITS will assist with this. (ITS: Copy
all the .mxd files that are located at: C:\Program
Files\USDA\Toolkit5\Templates onto the new computer.)
- Transfer your Geodata. ITS will assist with this. (ITS: Copy or recreate
an identical copy of the C: Geodata folder on the new workstation. The C:
Geodata folder should contain, at a minimum, an ORTHO_IMAGERY and a SOILS
folder.)
- Resynchronize domain data. The first time you use toolkit on your new
computer, you will be asked to resynchronize your domain data. Click Yes and
eAuthenticate.
- Reset Toolkit Preferences. You will need to reset your Toolkit
Preferences on your new computer.
