MD.440.9.10, PGM - FY09 WRP Geographic Area Rate CapsMaryland Bulletin: 440-9-10 Purpose. To provide the FY09 WRP Geographic Rate Caps Expiration Date. September 30, 2009. Explanation. Maryland’s Wetland Reserve Program (WRP) Geographic Area Rate Caps (GARC) are approved and may be used to purchase 30 year and permanent WRP easements thru September 30, 2009. The GARC establishes the maximum amount NRCS will pay for an easement on properties eligible for WRP. The attached chart listing the GARC for each county will posted on the Maryland NRCS web page.
