Explanation. Provided for public display in the field office is the portrait of NRCS Chief Dave White.

Please frame and display the portrait in a prominent, public location in your office. The four portraits (President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Chief) should be displayed in the same area. The portrait for Vice-President Biden is on back order and will be shipped to you shortly.
