Purpose. To provide guidance for review of open obligations
for the fourth quarter (Q4) FY2009

Explanation.
The SWCS – Pocomoke Chapter is having a Summer Meeting. The meeting will be
held on Thursday, September 24, 2009. Please see the attached for tour agenda
and registration information.
Requests for attendance approval should be sent through regular supervisory
channels as soon as possible. Registration is due by Thursday, September 17,
2009.
Maryland NRCS employees are authorized to attend on official time. Use of
government vehicle is not authorized. Registration fee is at your own expense.
