Purpose. To provide new item numbers for 2010 calendar ordering.

Expiration Date. September 30, 2009

Action Required By: September 21, 2009

Explanation.

See attachment for a list of basic calendars available from OfficeMax. You may order as needed with your normal supply order.

NOTE: If you require less than quantity of issue (i.e. package = 10 each of the wall calendars or activity schedules), please fax Samone Scanlon your needs at 410-757-0687 and your order will be processed from the State Office.

Any other calendars ordered in units of EACH (i.e. flipover pads, blotter calendars, etc.) should be ordered for direct delivery to your office.

State Office employees should complete the attached form with their needs and return to Samone for order consolidation.

Please submit your calendar orders by September 21, 2009.
