Purpose. To advise of the requirement for Preventive Maintenance Inspection Reports for government-owned vehicles.

Expiration Date. September 30, 2009

Action Required By: June 1, 2009

Explanation.

This is a reminder that all NRCS owned motor vehicles are required to be inspected annually. If you have not had an inspection completed this year, please obtain a Maryland State Inspection for each NRCS vehicle located at your office. Upon completion of each vehicle inspection, please submit a copy by e-mail to megan.corey@md.usda.gov or mail to the State Office, ATTN: Megan Corey. Also, please file a copy of the completed inspection in the local case file for the respective vehicle.

Vehicles scheduled for sale will not need to be inspected.
