Subject: ADS – Agreements - FY2009 Cut-off Dates

Purpose. To inform employees of FY2009 agreement cut-off dates.

Expiration Date. September 30, 2009

Explanation.

This bulletin is to inform you of the cutoff dates and necessary items required for agreement processing for FY2009. Please review the attachment entitled "Cut-off Dates for FY2009" for your reference to ensure that the appropriate documentation is submitted based on the type of agreement that you plan to consummate by the respective deadline. Any omission of the requested material may result in a delay in processing.

As a reminder, no agreement will be consummated for greater than one year of performance. All agreements shall have a bonafide need and implementation will begin this fiscal year. Program managers and technical contacts for the various agreements will ensure proper planning by the associated deadlines so that transactions have the proper amount of time to be processed accurately, completely and legally.
