Purpose. To inform employees about requests for travel reimbursement.

Expiration Date. September 30, 2008.

Explanation.

The purpose of this bulletin is to inform you that effective immediately, all requests for travel reimbursements (AD616’s) should be submitted to Lydia Donovan, Assistant to the State Conservationist, upon the completion of any temporary duty travel. In the event that Mrs. Donovan is absent, requests will be forwarded to Laurie Blasky, Budget Analyst, for action.

The Department of Agriculture is scheduled to transition to a new travel system in the near future. As we receive future guidance pertaining to the launch of this system, we will apprise you of updated policies and procedures.
