Purpose. To provide Winter MASCD meeting attendance information

Expiration Date. January 29, 2008.

Explanation.  The 2008 Winter MASCD meeting will be held at the Doubletree Hotel (formerly Radisson) in Annapolis, Maryland on January 27-29, 2008.  The theme for the meeting is, "Sustainability through Credibility".

We would like to send one check for all registrations, so please send (mail/fax) your registration form to Laurie Blasky by December 28, 2007, so she can meet the January 8th deadline. Please make your own hotel reservations at the Doubletree Hotel at 410-224-3150.

Note: District Conservationists are authorized to attend the MASCD winter meeting on January 28 with a one-day registration from 9:00am - 3:30pm.  If overnight travel is needed, you will need to submit a FNM-1 for pre-approval for one night. Also, any request for compensatory time for travel must be submitted and approved in advance.

An agenda, registration, Overtime/Compensatory Time Request and Authorization Form and related information is attached.
