To advise of the requirement for Preventive Maintenance Inspection Reports for government-owned vehicles. Expiration Date. December 28, 2007. Background. The Agricultural Property Management Regulations, Chapter 110-34 - Motor Vehicle Management, Supplementing Chapter 102-34-Motor Vehicle Management includes the requirement for annual vehicle inspections. Explanation. Operator's assigned government-owned motor vehicles are required by the above regulation to obtain an annual vehicle inspection for each assigned government-owned vehicle. Annually we advise that these inspections may be accomplished at any time of the year when the vehicles are garaged for repair/maintenance. Upon completion of inspection reports, please provide a copy by email to samone.scanlon@md.usda.gov or by fax 410-757-0687. Invoices for minor services should be sent directly to Laurie Blasky for payment. Please be sure to include the vendor's tax identification number on the invoice(s). NRCS-ADS-180 form "Preventive Maintenance Inspection Report" is attached for you to provide to your servicing garage. Should your servicing garage not accept this form, you may obtain a "Maryland State Inspection". Vehicles scheduled for sale will not need to be inspected. Reporting Requirements. The State Office is required to update inspection information in the Personal Property System upon receipt of reports. Contact.
